A Journey Through Feminine Archetypes & Elemental Healing
Join us on the enchanting island of La Gomera for a deep and transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, and reconnection with feminine wisdom. Surrounded by wild nature and powerful elemental energies, we will explore feminine archetypes through body-based practices, ancestral work, rituals, and subconscious integration.
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, listen
🌺 Working with Feminine Archetypes, the Body, Elemental Energies, and Integrating the Subconscious Mind 🌺
This transformative journey is led by Sylwia Bartosz and Patrycja Matuszkiewicz, bringing together body, psyche, energy, and feminine wisdom in a safe, ceremonial space.
Sylwia — a certified TRE® trainer, Family Constellations facilitator (Bert Hellinger method), biologist, and experienced bodyworker — guides the process from a somatic and archetypal perspective. Through TRE®, Family Constellations, shadow work, and various body practices (reflexology, massage, somatic and energy techniques), she supports the release of stored tension, inherited family patterns, and unconscious emotional blocks. Her work allows the body to speak and the psyche to integrate, enabling deep, cellular embodiment of feminine archetypes — Maiden, Mother, Wild Woman, and Wise Woman. 🌿
Patrycja — Reiki Master, energy healing practitioner, medium, Akashic Records reader, and women’s circle facilitator — supports the process from the energetic and group perspective. Through rituals, elemental practices (Fire 🔥, Water 💧, Air 🌬️, Earth 🌱), intuitive guidance, and women’s circles, she helps integrate what has been released in the body, working with the subconscious and the group’s energy field. Her work bridges consciousness, intuition, and soul remembrance within the collective feminine space.
Together, they create a holistic space for transformation, where body, psyche, energy, and archetypal feminine wisdom meet, supporting deep release, embodiment, and integration. ✨
🍃 The Magic of La Gomera & the Elements🍃

-
Water softens, cleanses, and reconnects us to emotional flow

This day is devoted to the Maiden archetype — the part of us connected to curiosity, sensitivity, beginnings, and inner truth. Guided by Sylwia Bartosz, we work somatically with the body through TRE® and gentle embodiment practices, releasing early emotional imprints, fear, and tension stored in the nervous system.
In the second part, Patrycja Matuszkiewicz facilitates women’s circle work, rituals, and subconscious integration, helping reconnect with intuition, breath, and inner freedom.

The Maiden – Archetype of Awakening
Element: Air 🍃
The journey begins with the Maiden — the archetype of beginnings, curiosity, and inner awakening. She appears at the threshold of transformation, carrying innocence not as naivety, but as openness to life. She is the breath before the word, the question before the answer.
In Celtic tradition, this energy is embodied by Brigid, guardian of inspiration, poetry, and sacred beginnings. In ancient Egypt, the Maiden resonates with Isis in her youthful aspect — seeker of truth and divine knowledge. In Greek mythology, she mirrors Persephone as the maiden of spring, standing between worlds. In Slavic tradition, she lives through Dziewanna, the wild virgin of forests and wind.
The Maiden is aligned with Air — the realm of breath, voice, intuition, and thought. Like the wind, she moves lightly, guided by inner knowing rather than certainty. She listens deeply, senses subtle signs, and trusts the unseen currents of life.
DAY 3
Workshop: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Free Time in the Afternoon
The Mother Archetype | Element: Water 🌊
A day of nourishment, emotional healing, and ancestral connection.
This day is devoted to the Mother archetype — the source of care, compassion, and emotional safety. Through body-based practices, TRE®, and Family Constellations guided by Sylwia Bartosz, we work with themes of mother wounds, emotional dependency, boundaries, and belonging.
In the second part, Patrycja Matuszkiewicz guides women’s circles, rituals, and subconscious integration, allowing emotions to flow, soften, and reorganize on a deeper energetic level.
Benefits of Day 3:
-
Healing the relationship with the mother (inner & external)
-
Releasing emotional overwhelm, grief, and inherited patterns
-
Reconnecting with emotional flow and intuition
-
Feeling safe to receive, nurture, and be nurtured
-
Strengthening feminine lineage and sense of belonging
The Mother – Archetype of Holding & Flow
Element: Water 🌊
As the process deepens, we enter the realm of the Mother — the archetype of nourishment, emotional wisdom, and continuity. She is the one who holds, feels, and sustains life through presence rather than force.
In Celtic mythology, this energy is embodied by Danu, source of rivers, land, and lineage. In Egypt, she appears as Isis, the great healer and protector. In Greek tradition, she is reflected in Demeter, guardian of fertility and cycles. In Slavic culture, she is known as Matka Ziemia, the living, feeling Earth herself.
The Mother moves through the element of Water — emotion, memory, intuition, and connection. Water carries ancestral stories, just as the body carries emotional and generational imprints. This archetype teaches us how to feel without being overwhelmed and how to give without losing ourselves.
DAY 4
Workshop: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Free Time in the Afternoon
The Wild Woman / Witch Archetype | Element: Fire 🔥
A day of liberation, truth, and embodied power.
This day awakens the Wild Woman — instinctive, sensual, fierce, and free. Through somatic work, TRE®, and constellation processes, Sylwia supports the release of suppressed anger, fear, shame, and blocked life force.
Patrycja then leads rituals, energetic practices, and subconscious work, supporting the integration of sexual energy, intuition, and authentic expression.
Benefits of Day 4:
-
Releasing shame around desire, sexuality, and anger
-
Restoring life force, passion, and courage
-
Learning healthy boundaries and self-protection
-
Reclaiming feminine power and authenticity
-
Feeling confident, alive, and unapologetically yourself
The Wild Woman / The Witch – Archetype of Liberation
Element: Fire 🔥
At the core of transformation stands the Wild Woman, also known as the Witch — the archetype of instinct, sovereignty, and raw feminine power. She is the one who remembers what was silenced, exiled, or feared.
In Celtic lore, she appears as The Morrígan, goddess of power, boundaries, and transformation. In ancient Egypt, her fire lives in Sekhmet, the fierce healer and destroyer of illusion. In Greek mythology, she echoes through Hecate, guardian of thresholds, magic, and the unseen. In Slavic tradition, she is remembered as Baba Yaga, the wild crone-witch who initiates through truth rather than comfort.
This archetype is ruled by Fire — the force of transformation, sexuality, anger, and creative life energy. Fire burns what is false and reveals what is essential. The Wild Woman listens to the body, honors desire, and speaks with unapologetic truth.
DAY 5
Workshop: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Free Time in the Afternoon
The Wise Woman / Crone Archetype | Element: Earth 🌺
A day of grounding, integration, and ancestral wisdom.
The Wise Woman embodies all archetypes — Maiden, Mother, and Wild Woman. This day focuses on integration, closure, and deep grounding. Through Family Constellations and body-based practices, Sylwia supports the completion of unfinished emotional processes and reconnection with inner authority.
Patrycja facilitates ritual space, subconscious integration, and energetic grounding, anchoring insights into daily life.
Benefits of Day 5:
-
Closing old cycles and emotional processes
-
Strengthening intuition and inner guidance
-
Feeling grounded, stable, and centered
-
Integrating feminine wisdom into everyday life
-
Connecting with ancestors and inner elder energy
The Wise Woman / The Crone – Archetype of Integration
Element: Earth 🌺
The journey completes itself in the Wise Woman, the Crone — the archetype of perspective, integration, and embodied wisdom. She holds the knowing that comes not from books, but from lived experience.
In Celtic tradition, she appears as The Cailleach, shaper of landscapes and keeper of seasons. In Egypt, she resonates with Nephthys, guardian of liminal spaces and ancestral realms. In Greek mythology, her wisdom is reflected in Hestia, the still center and sacred hearth. In Slavic folklore, she lives through Mokosh, protector of fate, earth, and women’s wisdom.
The Crone is aligned with Earth — grounding, stability, and completion. Earth receives everything and transforms it into nourishment. This archetype teaches patience, discernment, and trust in cycles.
