This is a high-impact, 15-minute intervention designed specifically for the desk-bound professional. When you sit in one position for hours, your body enters a state of 'postural fatigue' that physically locks your nervous system into a stress response, draining your focus.
This is your daily maintenance tool. In just 15 minutes, I lead the team through targeted somatic movements to release the tension in your eyes, neck, and psoas—the areas most damaged by screen work. There is no need to change clothes or leave your chair; it is a quick, direct reset that clears digital fatigue and restores the energy you need to finish your workday effectively.

This 15-minute session is conducted entirely via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Participants join directly from their workstations—no special equipment, no yoga mats, and no change of clothes are required. You stay in your work attire and participate from your desk chair.
What Happens in 15 Minutes:
Chair-Based Somatics: We use targeted movements to release the 'sitting muscles' (psoas, neck, and shoulders) without needing to lie down.
Ocular Reset: I guide the team through specific eye exercises, including 'turning away from the screen' to look at a distant wall or window, to physically break the digital fatigue loop.
Standing Micro-Regulation: We may incorporate brief standing movements to restore blood flow and stimulate the Vagus nerve, requiring only a small space behind your chair.

In-Person (On-Site):
I come to your office to lead the team in a dedicated space. We begin with a grounding meditation to settle the mind, followed by the TRE® sequence on yoga mats in comfortable clothing. This is not yoga; there are no complex poses. It is a guided physical process of 'shaking' to release tension, concluding with a deep integration and relaxation period. I am there to physically monitor and adjust the pace for the group.
Online (Virtual Studio):
"The virtual session is just as impactful. Participants join from a quiet space with enough room for a yoga mat. I monitor up to 10 people via high-definition video to ensure safety and proper technique. I guide the team through the same neurogenic shaking process, providing real-time feedback and verbal cues. The session follows the same structure: Grounding → TRE® Activation → Guided Relaxation, leaving the team feeling profoundly reset and focused without leaving their homes
